Testosterone Is Becoming Extinct

Yep, it’s pretty much true. Testosterone has become a dying hormone.
Gone are the days where men’s lives a filled to the brim with masculine, testosterone boosting activities, test-boosting foods, and an environment conducive to ensuring manliness lived on.

Testosterone is at an all time low

Fast-forward to now, 2020 and the world is full of cry-baby males who spend all their time on screens instead of fishing, hunting, building things with their hands, and bending the world around them to make life better.

Food is packed with chemicals that make men full of estrogen. We all know what happens to women who have too much estrogen, right? Hysteria, illogical nonsense, and complete lack of self-responsibility. Okay, not quite. But stereotypes exist and this is not how men should be. We’ve warped to world and in doing so, we’ve hurt the very nature of what a man should be and what exactly it is to be a man.

Becoming Men Again

I wanted this blog to address some of the issues men face as well as highlighting some of the roadblocks to reaching successful masculinity including, foods, environmental causes, hateful ideologies, and lifestyle.

I hope it can help 1 single man think about the world around him. Maybe more.
